To provide our regulated digital asset management services, we collect personal identification information (Name, Email, Government ID for KYC), financial data (wallet addresses, bank details for fiat off-ramps), and technical data (IP addresses, device signatures) strictly for security auditing and compliance.
Your data is encrypted using military-grade AES-256 protocols. Financial ledgers are stored on immutable database clusters. We do not store private keys for custodial assets locally; all custodial assets are managed through our enterprise partners (e.g., BitGo, Fireblocks).
Nexus Capital does not sell your personal data. Information is only shared with verified third-party compliance providers for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and law enforcement agencies when compelled by a valid legal subpoena.
Under global data protection frameworks, you have the right to request a copy of your active data ledger or request account deletion. Note that due to financial compliance laws, transaction history must be retained for a minimum of 5 years.
